 All my products are made of the Highest Quality Leather & Steel and are made by Certified Tradesman. If you are not 100% delighted with either the Materials or Craftsmanship of my products, simply return the "Unused Product" (post marked within 14 Days) for a *Full Refund of the product cost or replacement product (shipped to you at our expense), which ever you prefer.

Please Note: All returns must be signature confirmation and have your Name and Address, together with details of the return contained within the parcel you are returning.
Cancelled Orders
If an order is placed and cancelled before
shipping there will be a 30% Cancellation fee, if an order is cancelled
after shipping the cost of shipping is forfeited by the customer
and a 50% restocking fee will be applied to any refund.

a product has been shipped from our warehouse is used and will not
be resold.

Delivery Requiring Signatures
** Goods that require
a signature confirmation (E.G American Express Customers, Express
Mail Delivery) it will
be the customers reasonability to accept delivery of their order
and or pick them up if required from there post office. Customers
that fail to accept delivery of the order, will be given two options;
either have their product resent to them or a 50% cancellation
free will apply to there orders refund.
Clearance Items & Sale Items
Clearance Items are excluded and all sales on Discounted and Clearence Items are FINAL with no return or refund.
